- Strategized and shipped  Polaris.Shopify.com with  Amy Thibodeau and the Polaris team, in 10 weeks

- Drafted and published Shopify's Polaris naming guidelines 

- Contributed to Shopify's voice and tone rewrite

- Ran Desirability Toolkit studies to measure user perceptions of brand identity in product

- Developed and facilitated a workshop on brand attributes and how they translate to UX design

- Product managed and crafted the IA and metadata for Shopify's search feature 

- Built a case for hiring a taxonomist at Shopify

Continue to:

- Create, document, ship, and promote content guidelines and content formulas for the Polaris design system

- Help designers and developers draft and ship component documentation

- Improve the information architecture of the Polaris style guide and layout of the component pages

- Conduct usability tests and card sorts for the Polaris style guide to improve the findability of information

- Help align terminology across the design system

- Serve as a connection between the content team, Polaris team, and other departments
